Refunds

At Westbrook Data Protection Training (WDPT), we are committed to delivering high-quality online training and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This Refunds Policy outlines when and how refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Accidental Purchase: If you have accidentally purchased a course more than once, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent access to the course and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, a full or partial refund may be issued.
  • Course Access Not Used: If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed any of the course content, you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with UK
    distance selling regulations.

2. Non-refundable situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • If any part of the course has been accessed or downloaded.
  • If more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
  • If the request relates to a change of mind after starting the course.
  • If the course was purchased during a sale or promotional offer unless otherwise stated.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@wdpss.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request


We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 working days.

4. Approved refunds

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
