Data Protection Training Course
Our Essential Data Protection Training Course is designed for all members of staff and is broken down into easy to digestible steps which can be paused at any point.
Throughout the training course you will be tested on what you’ve learned at the end of each module to make sure that the knowledge gained goes beyond mere compliance and contributes to a culture of trust within your organisation.
The course introduces the importance, history, and key legislation of data protection, focusing on the fundamental principles such as lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and accountability.
The course also demonstrates practical aspects of data protection, such as handling Subject Access Requests (SARs) marketing, data security and data management personal data breaches, including incident response planning and security policies and understanding the implications of AI on data protection.
It also explores the role and powers of the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), including its enforcement capabilities and guidance.
At the end of the course you will be tasked with demonstrating the knowledge gained through a fun quiz. Each enrolled student will then receive a certificate of completion which will last for 12 months.
Finally you will also receive ongoing support for the next 12 months to aid your journey which will include visual aids, handy hints and tips and template documents.

She has also won a scholarship from the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn for a stage at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
